| Description | NVP DPP 728 dihydrochloride is a DPP-IV (CD26) inhibitor. NVP DPP 728 dihydrochloride displays >15,000 fold selectivity over DPP-II and a range of Pro-cleaving proteases. The compound is shown to improve Glc tolerance, increase GLP-1 and Insuling levels, augments insulin secretion and GLUT-2 levels, and preserves islet size. | ||
