Description Teneligliptin hydrobromide is a potent chemotype prolylthiazolidine-based DPP-4 inhibitor, which competitively inhibits human plasma, rat plasma, and human recombinant DPP-4 in vitro, with IC50s of approximately 1 nM.Teneligliptin is a pharmaceutical drug for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It belongs to the class of anti-diabetic drugs known as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors or "gliptins". It is approved for use in Japan.
