生物活性 PF 6260933 is a potent, selective and orally bioavailable MAP4K4 inhibitor with kinase IC50 of 3.7 nM, cell IC50 of 160 nM; possesses excellent kinome selectivity and suitable properties for in vivo pharmacological characterization; significantly improves fasting hyperglycemia (44% reduction in blood glucose, 10 mg/kg, bid); also markedly reduces atherosclerotic lesion area in mice.
