| 生物活性 | Nelonicline, aslo known as ABT-126, is an Alpha7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor agonist and Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor agonist. Nelonicline is potentially useful for the treatment of Alzheimer's diseases. ABT-126 may be useful to reduce dyskinesias in both early- and later-stage Parkinson's disease. Accumulating evidence suggests that the α7 subtype of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) plays a key role in inflammatory processes, thought to be involved in the pathophysiology of neuropsychiatric diseases, such as schizophrenia and Alzheimer's disease. | ||
