生物活性 ML-SA1 is an agonist of transient receptor potential mucolipin 1 (TRPML1). It induces cytosolic calcium increases and activates TRPML1-mediated current (IML1) in isolated vacuoles. It also activates whole-endolysosome IML1 in primary murine macrophages.
