生物活性 The Autotaxin Inhibitor IV, HA-155 controls the biological activity of Autotaxin. This small molecule/inhibitor is primarily used for Cell Structure applications. A ~5-fold more potent (IC50 = 5.7 nM) para-isomer boronate analog of Autotaxin Inhibitor II, HA130 (Cat. No. EX-A1545) that efficiently blocks thrombin-stimulated lysophosphatidic acid secretion in platelets and in mammalian cells.
