Irinotecan sucrosofate

Description	Irinotecan is a camptothecin analog and topoisomerase I inhibitor. It may inhibit AChE. It is uesed to treat colon cancer, but it also moderates inhibition of dendritic cell differentiation and decreases the number of tumor vessels in glioma models.
