| Description | Conduritol B Epoxide (CBE) is a specific covalent inhibitor of β-glucosidase which results in the accumulation of glucocerebroside. Treatment of murine peritoneal macrophages with this inhibitor does not seem to affect lysozyme enzyme release to the medium, cell viability, or levels of intracellular lysosomal enzymes, other than β-glucosidase activity. | ||
