| Description | Protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) inhibitors are potential antiproliferative agents for diseases caused by the hyperactivity of protein tyrosine kinases. Tyrphostins are a class of antiproliferative compounds which act as protein tryrosine kinase blockers.
