| Description | In vitro studies have shown that NSC 23766 inhibits Rac 1 binding and activation via Rac-specific GEF Trio or Tiam 1 without altering RhoA or CDC42 binding or activation. Membrane type 1-matrix metalloproteinases (MT-1MMP) expression in CB CD34+ cells has been reported to decrease in the presence of NSC 23766. Silveta compressa investigations indicate that NSC 23766 depolarizes endomembrane cycling, altered polar adhesive secretion, and tip growth. | ||
