生物活性 Farnesol is found in various essential oils. It regulates the volatility of odorants in perfumes. It displays a variety of biological activities, including cell cycle arrest and stimulating p21 and p27 expression in pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells, increasing latency to tumor formation in TPA-induced skin carcinogenesis, and inhibiting growth of Aspergilius and Candida.
