| Description | Bindarit is a MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1) Synthesis inhibitor. Bindarit protects against bone loss induced by chikungunya virus infection. Bindarit inhibits human coronary artery smooth muscle cell proliferation, migration and phenotypic switching. Bindarit targets cells of the neurovascular unit, and suppresses experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. Bindarit prolongs survival and reduces renal damage in NZB/W lupus mice. | ||
