Description Benidipine hydrochloride is a hydrochloride salt form of benidipine which is a dihydropyridine calcium channel protein inhibitor and blocker. It also inhibits aldosterone-induced MRC activation.Benidipine Hydrochloride, also known as KW-3049 and Coniel, is a dihydropyridine calcium antagonist used to treat hypertension and angina pectoris. Benidipine Hydrochloride has been reported to reduce oxidative stress.
