Ro 04-6790 is a potent and selective SR-6 antagonist (pKi values are 7.26 and 7.35 at rat and human SR-6, respectively).Ro 04-6790 does not display affinity at a range of other receptors (IC50 > 10 μM). Ro 04-6790 induces stretching behavior in rats in vivo. | ||
