Description Osthole is a calcium channel blocker, found in plants such as Cnidium monnieri, Angelica archangelica and Angelica pubescens. Osthole regulates inflammatory mediator expression through modulating NF-kappaB, mitogen-activated protein kinases, protein kinase C, and reactive oxygen species.
