MI 2 MALT1 inhibitor

  • Chemical Properties
CAS No. 1047953-91-2 Cat. No. BCP11666
Name MI 2 MALT1 inhibitor
Synonyms MI-2;MI2;
Formula C19H17Cl3N4O3 M. Wt 455.72
  • Biological Activity
Description MI-2 selectively killed ABC-DLBCL cell lines with CD79A/B, CARMA1, and/or MYD88 mutations but not those occurring in proteins downstream of MALT1, including those with A20 homozygous deletion or TAK1 mutation. Both MI-2 and Z-VRPR-FMK reduced nuclear c-REL to a similar extent, without affecting whole-cell levels of this protein. In both cell lines, exposure to MI-2 caused a clear reduction of nuclear c-REL whereas it did not affect p65 levels.
