  • Biological Activity
Description Dantrolene, Sodium Salt Hemiheptahydrate, is a skeletal muscle relaxant which acts by blocking muscle contraction beyond the neuromuscular junction. Dantrolene, Sodium Salt Hemiheptahydrate, is a inhibitor of calcium channel proteins, inhibiting the release of Ca2+ from the sarcoplasm. Additionally, Dantrolene, Sodium Salt Hemiheptahydrate, has been shown to inhibit G6PD, RyR-1 and RyR-3 in vitro.
