| Description | Olmutinib is an Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antagonist.Olmutinib(HM61713) is a third generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits both EGFR activating and T790M resistance mutations, while sparing wild-type EGFR. It has been investigated in Phase II clinical trials in patients with EGFR T790M mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), who developed resistance to earlier generations of EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy. | ||
