| Description | Glutaminase inhibitor compound is a cell-permeable, reversible inhibitor of a mitochrondrial glutaminase splice variant, glutaminase C (IC50 = ~2.5 μM), which is commonly found in cancer cells.GLS-IN-968 is an allosteric inhibitor of glutaminase (GLS). It acts by blocking Rho-GTPase-dependent transformation of fibroblasts and suppressing breast cancer cell growth and invasive activity in vitro. | ||
