| Description | Brettphos is an anisole and an aromatic.As a dialkylbiaryl phosphine ligand, Brettphos efficiently aids cross-coupling reactions, and is more reactive than similar catalytic systems. Brettphos can be used in many processes, such as the Buchwald-Hartwig amination, palladium-catalysed trifluoromethylation, and, using the Buchwald protocol, the synthesis of 4-aryl and aklyl substituted N6-alkylated pyridazine-3,6-diamines. | ||
