| 生物活性 | BVT948 is a protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTP) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.09 - 1.7 μM). BVT948 inhibits NF-κB activation by suppressing IκBα degradation and the nuclear translocation of NF-κB in TPA-treated MCF-7 cells. BVT948 didn’t block TPA-induced AP-1 activation in MCF-7 cells. BVT948 blocks MMP-9 expression of breast cancer cells by inhibiting the TPA-stimulated NF-κB pathway. | ||
