| Description | This compound also inhibits cell transporters activated by shrinkage and affects the osmotic volume regulation of cells. Mechanistic studies suggest that this is done via stimulation of K-CL cotransport, a cell volume regulating agent. ML-7 has also been reported to affect the superoxide O2--producing system of human neutrophils in a myosin light chain kinase independent manner. | ||
