| Description | Phloretin, also known as NSC 407292 and RJC 02792. is a dihydrochalcone flavonoid, is mainly found in fruit, leaves, and roots of apple tree. Phloretin inhibits a variety of transporters. Phloretin inhibits the monocarboxylate transporters MCT1 and MCT2 (IC50 = 28 and 14 µM, respectively).
