Nalbuphine hydrochloride binds to kappa-, mu- and delta-opioid receptors but not to sigma-opioid receptors. This opioid exerts its analgesic actions primarily through kappa-opioid-receptor agonism and partially through mu-opioid receptor agonism. | ||
