产品描述 URB602 is a selective, noncompetitive monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL) inhibitor with IC50 of 28 uM against rat brain MAGL; elevates 2-AG levels and enhances 2-AG-mediated signaling in neurons, prolongs endocannabinoid-mediated changes in synaptic strength in acutely dissected rat hippocampal slices; showed anti-inflammatory and anti-nociceptive effect in murine model of acute inflammation.
